Office opening hours
ATTENTION: OREX will be closed from 23-12-2020 to 6-1-2021 due to Christmas Holidays. We apologize for the inconveniences and we wish you Merry Christmas.
During the month of December 2020 a telephone service schedule is established, from 09:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Simultaneously, telematic attention will continue, by email to orex@fi.upm.es. You can also contact through Microsoft TEAMS.
Whenever the management to be carried out cannot be done electronically, face-to-face attention will be given by prior appointment assigned via telephone or email.
IMPORTANT: Do not go to the Center without an appointment, with this we will avoid unnecessary trips and waiting.

Outline
The External Relations Office staff is responsible for the administrative management of external relations within three areas:
Mobility
Relations with national and international univerisities for the mobility and exchange programmes development, targeting students, teaching and non-teaching staff of our center
Work Placements and Employment
Relations with national and international companies and institutions for the trainee mobility and/or employment opportunities development, targeted towards students from our center, focusing on facilitating their transition to the labor market
Relations with Society
Relations with Society mainly addressed on informing prospective students, parents, schools, etc., as promotional tool of our center.
